| Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat Alpha3 Released |

| Canonical has just released the alpha 3 version of Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick MeerKat. Some key features to be noted are Linux Kernel version 2.6.35, btrfs file system is now an option under a manual installation , and a new and improved Software Center. These are just a few of the many new features and improvements. |
